Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or issue refunds. All of our products are freshly handmade to order just for you. Therefore, please be aware that all sales are final. We ask that you please select your products carefully.

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES

If your package has been lost/stolen, please file a dispute with your shipping carrier. You may request the tracking number for your order to track the status or call.

EXCHANGES

You may exchange any product if you are dissatisfied for a different size or scent within 10 days of receipt.

DAMAGED ITEMS OR INCORRECT ITEMS

When your order arrives, please inspect the package for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping package to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the items in your shipment or you have received an incorrect order or item, please contact our customer service department within 24hours – you may leave a message with detail of damaged item(s). We will be happy to assist you.
